here ONLY KAGES CAN POST. so unless ur a kage don't make up a jutsu

Jutsu name- Water Style, Water Surronud Jutsu
Jutsu description- If your close by water, this jutsu will use that water and surrond your opponent, this water spins at incredible speed, so if someone tried to get past it, they will get hurt.
Weakness- once this jutsu is finished this water will rush towardrs the user of the jutsu at the same speed.
Rank-Jounin or Higher

Jutsu name- Sand Push and Grab Jutsu
Jutsu description- Sand will simply go towards your opponent and push him back, then another set or sand will grab the opponent and he is stuck for 2 posts and not able to make a move until 2 posts.
Weakness- None
Rank- Chunin or higher

Jutsu description- Hard Sand Ball Used to attack opponents directly, Gourd Sand is requierd.

I am just going to ask why the Gourd is necessary

to make the sand ball, or where will the sand come from?
